When the mod "Faster HDT-SMP 1.6.353 dlls" is installed via Vortex etc, the DLL files is placed in the wrong folder and it causes the game to load older dll versions, and move files manually. Most likely causes: wrong version of FSMP installed, the game or modding tools installed under Program Files, or antivirus interfering. But there is one serious problem that needs to be overcome first: NMM. There are going to be too many issues with the use of NMM to provide meaningful support.

But then that introduces a bug where your WHOLE character sometimes randomly goes invisible. So pick your poison, downgrade if you're going to be playing vampire.
